Judd beat Thep, who beat Bagley.
Will Judd finally win the World Championship that he's been promising for years?

No. Overall he played pretty bad, any mentally capable player with decent shot selection would have beaten him.

Ding is mentally weak and will crumble against Selbo.
Judd stands a better chance.

This thread is a mere place holder, as we ready ourselves for the return of the greatest watch thread of all time.

That year only had one Watch Thread all tournament.
We should've had a Mark Selby when he won. I don't think we bothered.

Yes I agree. Judd has a great record against Selby, he clearly doesn’t fear him.

Judd is actually mentally very strong and doesn't fear any other player. It's only when he occasionally pushes the boat out and plays an erratic shot that he becomes vulnerable.
He only has to cut those out and he'll be WC.

An excellent second session from Trump. He showed why he is expected to win maiden world title this year.

Considering he's probably at home, that's a bit sinister.
