Robertson made some fantastic clearances against Allen as well at the UK Championship which allowed him to force a decider with a 78%-80% pot success or something like that.
But its his overall level which isnt good enough.

Did you know that Robertson is leading the H2H in the real matches against Selby and Higgins? 8:6 and 7:2 respectively.
This is why I always rated him very highly. He's a proper matchplayer and a machine at his peak. Even though we havent seen a lot of that machine form in recent time.

No doubt hes a top player. And he has a very favourable succrss rate in finals.
