And if so, how?
His beahviour was ridiculous. At best it was unprofessional, at worst flat out racist.
And his tweet afterwards made him look like an absolute hammer.
Discuss.

He should be fined.
I'm guessing he's played quite a few matches with Chinese/Asian players so if this is the only time he's refused to shake hands I'd be surprised if it was racially motivated, although you never know with such things.
Seems more like he was just being a bit of a sausage.

Yes, that's why I said 'at worst'.
I also highly doubt it's because of his 'I saw him in the bogs not washing his hands' excuse.
Probably just being a poor loser, coupled with the fact that he thinks making jokes about such things on Twitter are hilarious.

How can one prove that his opponent did indeed wash his hands or how can one prove he didn't ?!
If Adam wasn't making this up, the his action is justified.
If not, than he's just being a sore loser.
Either way, World Snooker has no way of proving anything.

Should be some sort of punishment. A wee fine would wash the rascism out of him.

To be fair, the Chinese aren't known for their hygiene standards. Maybe Duffy was telling the truth. Who knows.

There was more to it than just 'not shaking his hand'. Conceding when his opponent was down on his shot, etc.
I think sore loser, rather than racism though.

Just because he's Chinese?
Obviously it had nothing to do with that, worst thing Duffy did was apparently looking at Luo's sausage in the loo.

If you have a look at it, he behaved appallingly. It wasn't a civil refusal to shake hands but he more or less barged past him. That's why I don't buy the pissy hands line.

He's already been digitally lynched by a mob of angry Chinese on Twitter. I think he's suffered enough, time to leave him be.

He should be forced to take a refresher course in East/West relations. And then he should be tarred and feathered, kicked down the road, and beaten with a pig's bladder until he apologises to the Chinese government. And finally he should be made to replace Ant of Ant and Dec fame and forced to present Saturday Night Takeaway for 3 years.

Should be fined and banned for at least 3 tournaments.
There's no room for behaviour like this in our sport.
