Not sure if this is 100 percent correct as I haven't checked previous stats, but if Ronnie O'Sullivan loses his match today, could this be the first in WC history the top two ranked players are knocked out in the first round? Amazing if it happens. Would prove all the pundits and experts wrong. They should stick to predicting Brexit and England's chances at World Cup 2018!

I knew someone would have the stat! Thanks.
Gonna be interesting if it happens today, though. O'Sullivan and Selby out after two days of the tournament! No-one predicted that. Biggest upset in recent memory.
I guess Ronnie has more of a chance of a comeback given his natural talent. Selby never looked like he had a chance. 9:4 down and you could tell it was all over. 6:3 down - I think O'Sullivan has a chance.

Jimmy White could have been World Champion just past his 20th birthday. And now he is 56 and still hasn't won it!
