I just hope Higgins doesn't win it. I have a sneaky feeling he might do well again this year. He's got the ideal first round draw to get warmed up.
Don't see Higgins winning it.
Ronnie all but a cast iron certainty, for me.
Problem with Ronnie is he seems to attract inspired performances against him in the WC, I think a lot of this is that he doesn't fight until it's too late, he needs to get back to starting off the blocks quicker in these long matches.
The last 3 WCs he's been ousted by players playing out of their skin against him, fair enough Bingham was the eventual, and deserved, winner in 2015, but Ding & Hawkins couldn't maintain their form.
Ding was far better against Selby than he was against O'Sullivan. Ding was outstanding in the semi-final. Selby was just more outstanding. It was one of the greatest matches I've ever watched.
I admit I didn't see the entire match (just the latter half).

Yes he had problems with his decline apparently. Left it a little too late. Too steep.

I've been offered free tickets to see Bat Out Of Hell on Tuesday night. But that would mean missing snooker. Decisions, decisions.
I do hate missing snooker. Especially at The Crucible.

It's a rock musical, based on the music of Meatloaf.

I quite like Meatloaf, and wouldn't have to be working the next day.
But dunno if I can be bothered. Getting up and going through rush how traffic and what not.
Might stick to watching Robertson vs Milkins.
I'll decide over the weekend, and let you know.

I went to see The Toxic Avenger; The Musical a few months back. That was one of the best things I've ever seen on stage.

If Ronnie doesnt reach the Final, I do agree this would be the best possible outcome.
Two players who still havent won it, and are beggining to get an unwanted tag of best players never to win it. It would be a classic no doubt.

He sure has. They see Snooker as a time filler, they arent like ES or ITV who show it till the very end.

Hopefully we'll see a 2004 like performance from the Rocket this year. I want to see that Ronnie O'Sullivan one more time at the World Championship.
