Well done Judd!

There wasn't much to tell between them.
But yes. Best player won. Just.

Judd Trump's 8th ranking title, moves clear of Shaun Murphy. John Parrott and Peter Ebdon are next in his sights on 9 each.
Judd Trump's 16th ranking final moves him clear of Shaun Murphy's 15. Next in his sights are Ken Doherty and Peter Ebdon who are both on 17.
Stuart Bingham's 8th final puts him level with: James Wattana, Alan McManus, Matthew Stevens, Marco Fu and Ali Carter.

Bit strange to think Bingham has had a better career than Stevens, Marco Fu and Carter who are all rated higher than him as far as playing abilities go.

Good win for Trump. He was the best player of the tournament.
I think but for the blip he had at the World Championship, he and Ding are the two best players in the world outside of Selbo.

Yes Judd played very well.
The only comfort to Stuart is that Judd did that to an old man, not to any youngster.
But that´s really the only comfort Stuart can take from it. He made 3 centuries, surely he should had won that too after that much good scoring spree. The runner-up looks good, he gained the ranking points and the prize money.
If you Stuart do like the idea, we can keep on planning, ha haa.
AAARRGHH!

But the shuffle for the English Open is already on! Ronnie will be on the mix also, as well as other big guns. Can´t say anything yet. How this preparation works for the Judd. 50-50. But over the you other posters. Just as you prefer to think it.

I'm not convinced the forum will still be here by the time the next event rolls round.
