sometimes you're far too harsh on Ronnie...
he does have an excuse for being tired... even Selby hadnt played as much as him and looked to fall asleep at the CoC.
At least he tried here, win or lose.
Hope he proves you right. Even at 3-1 he can win the match in a flash. You have to try as a pro or you're a fraud. Or just don't enter like Selby.

I know. And that's what I'm saying. I know he's tired and not 100% up for this and thats why I hope Slessor will beat him here and put him out of his misery.
My comment was meant positively.
And I think ROS will win the UK Championship.

We'll see how much he's into the match now, if he blows this chance he'll probably go home.

You could tell yesterday his attitude has changed, in China and the last few weeks he’s been saying he loves snooker and travelling, then yesterday contradicts himself and says he might skip world champs and world snooker is a dictatorship,

to be fair Slessor isnt playing out of his skin... Ronnie just being very poor.
Slessor works in a casino part-time as he can't make a living from snooker. This is better than he normally plays.
How would you know? When do you ever get to watch him?
My friend plays on the amateur circuit and knows him well. Said he's a lovely fella.

Hopefully you're right. He's reached the Final ever since he won it last time in 2014. didnt enter in 2015.

Slessor wins. Hope the kid can do some damage in this tournament.
As I said the other day.
ROS needed a rest and now he's got it. time to recharge the batteries and focus on the UK Championship.

Told you 2 days ago...
big pockets level the playing field and give these players more of a chance of beating top ones.

Interesting that with the bucket pockets there's a large amount of lower ranked players in the later stages of this event.

Ronnie is human after all.
There were two regular steals in the last two frames. Bucked up both of them. Cant have them all.

One more MJW with a great chance to finally win a ranker again... no Ronnie, no Selby... only Higgins his biggest threat.

Hope Williams wins this now. He looks in good form, from what little I've seen of him this week.

Williams will defeat Higgins in the semifinals. He's playing the better Snooker atm.
