O'Sullivan was ready to go home yesterday. That journeyman he played yesterday was that bad though.
I think that a defeat here will turn out to be a blessing in disguise for O'Sullivan and his chances to win at the UK Championship.
Does anyone even care about the UK anymore? It's been so degraded now.

Eckardt, Scullion and Camilleri are the three refs he really hates you have to say.

Wouldn't be surprised if the International Championship overtakes it in terms of prestige over the years.

Its been degraded but its still a triple crown event and a much bigger tournament to win than this tin pot event.

Someone in World Snooker takes perverse pleasure in making sure Ronnie gets places with refs he doesn't like...

Fully agree, a TC event is a TC event and more imprtant than the rest. But right now I want him to win ranking events, so The Masters he could be done with that.

How about Hendry's last black for the 147 in 2009?
That was nowhere near...

You can see Ronnie's happy just to coast along in this tournament, he won't want to lose today but I don't think it will bother him looking at his demeanor.

Ronnie's playing quite poorly. He should have easily stolen that 3rd frame.
I get the impression he's not that commited, like he would be if he was to play someone like Higgins

This is one of those of a low ranked opponent upping their game against someone like Ronnie or Selby and then getting thumped in the next round isn't it.

If he’d stole the last frame, that would of won him the match, but he’s just made him more confident

Hope Slessor is gonna win this now. Time to put ROS out of his misery. He's ready to go home and thats what is likely to happen now.

But that's ok cos he's Ronnie. And he can do what he wants. Not try, lose to 'numpties', talk robotically, walk out, fling sexual innuendos at female journalists, etc etc. No problem.

Slessor works in a casino part-time as he can't make a living from snooker. This is better than he normally plays.

sometimes you're far too harsh on Ronnie...
he does have an excuse for being tired... even Selby hadnt played as much as him and looked to fall asleep at the CoC.
At least he tried here, win or lose.
