Doty said yesterday that pockets are bigger, all the years I’ve watched and played snooker hitting the near jaw was guaranteed to miss, so it’s probably an Americanisation of the pockets to make snooker more tv friendly

There's been a couple in this Trump match that have smacked the jaw but still gone in.
