He doesn't, unless you count tin pot events like CL and PL.
Murphy's single win is the German Masters encounter that he won on the last black. Ronnie's other 4 wins include a Grand prix semi, and of course two Worlds meetings.
its amazing really how little they have actually played against each other with Murphy now established as a top player for 12 years

Thing is with Murphy he has to be on top form to compete with anyone.
he has a one dimensional game similar to Hendry but Stephen was better at it and could stay in longer and clear the table or make 80+ from a long pot. Shaun Breaks down too often on 50 and against Ronnie or top players thats nowhere near good enough.

its amazing to think Mark Williams will be inside the top 16 at the end of the season having not qualified for the Championship and Anthny McGill that was a seed thank to the rubbish out wont be in the top 16.

Peak hendry was the only player who could go toe to toe and beat peak O'Sullivan by outscoring him in those longer matches. (And vice versa).

The reason Williams is above McGill at the end of season he got 35k for China and 12k for world qualies where McGill only got 4k for China and received nothing for the world's as a first round loser

Did Williams really get 12k for winning two qualifying matches? That's really good money!

McGill got the actual money, though, right? Just don't count for the rankings?
