I admire Barry because he was looking to be a journeyman pro for a while but he put the graft in and it has payed off. I also think he is great to watch most of the time. And he seems a nice chap.

I saw an interview with Ford a few years ago where he said it always wound him up when he saw Selby on TV doing well. Not because of any nastiness towards Selby, but because he felt he should be doing the same.
