Quite worrying for Trump if he keeps missing easy balls like this when he's supposed to be in his prime.

To be fair last year's one wasn't also top standard stuff most of the match, but the last few frames Ron finished them off very well.
Last year 26 pages, this one a mere 4...
for me a great final means competitive no matter what standard of play is like

Both players could drop a turd on the table and you'd say what a great match it is.

Yeah, but these are supposed to be two of the four best players in the world. As a fan I'm entitled to have expected than this.

I reckon Donald Trump should have played Bingo in the final! He'd probably have played better than Judd.

Despite missing sitters more commonly the last year or so, Ronnie is probably the player who less misses so called "easy balls".

I agree.
I wonder... have you ever played Snooker before?
I reckon there's not many Snooker tables in France...

Judd's safety play has improved, but his positional play for me is still very much relying on sheer luck.
Needs to improve on that too in order to be winning tournaments on a regular basis.

His safety is 80% better than what it was in 2011, to be fair to the kid.

With marks like you, Barry Hearn's PR department has a really easy job to do. Thankfully people like you are in the minority.

Must be one of the worst finals in recent memory. Really poor standard now!
The recent match between Fu and Trump in the last event - was amazing. This is lightyears away from that quality.

Judds positional play is without a doubt one of his,if not BIGGEST weakness.
