Ronnie O'Sullivan with a new tip has made peak Marco Fu (who was in the form of his life) look like nothing.

Only Ronnie could beat Marco these days. Great win this one!

Hendry won 7 Worlds. That's a major.

This is so nice to see vintage Ronnie again in a major semi final after so many disappointing performances in the last year or so

If Hawkins wins then I think it'll be closer, like the 2012 World Championship rematch with Carter was closer.

Ronnie restarted his career 10 years ago at the Masters by winning it emphatically. Could it happen here again?

no trump/higgins/selby in the final. only beast mode Hawkins is a possible threat imo. dont think perry has the nerves to beat Ronnie in a bo19 major final. Hawkins might be a lot more determined and ready after last years dissapointment.
So Ronnie hasn't won this yet. I'm still waiting to finally see a strong final performance.

In fairness to Marco, that's two major semis in a row that a bit of bad luck has made the difference and cost him the match.
But make no mistake, that break needed a hell of a lot of making by Ronnie.

Beating Marco must be a confidence booster because quite frankly he looked unstoppable this week.

bucking hell, Ronnie like a kid who's just come up on the pools in this post-match interview.
Honestly don't think he thought he'd beat Marco.

Ronnie hasn't played this well this season yet I think. Even with the finals he made he was mostly scrapping through.
