Just noticed one thing... at the 2014 Masters, Selby beat Higgins 6-5 on the black in the Quarter-Finals, then beat Murhpy 6-1 in the Semis, and had Ronnie in the Final, and we all know how that ended...
Just this small thing, won't mean much tomorrow if they meet sgain.

IIRC, he was a lot slower back when he was coming through. It's noticeable in his early matches.
He's definitely not slow nowadays.

For his deliberate slow play and stalling antics. Plenty of examples of it out there.

Murphy is asking for trouble by not getting these easy snookers.

Murphy.
Getting exposed. as I thought he might. So many poor safety shots.

Totally agree with u. Murphy's safety is below par.

2 easy snookers he missed have in the end cost him the frame.

Echo what everyone else is saying if frames come down to a battle on the colours Marks going to win.
Smurph going to have to do one visit stuff if he's going to have a chance.

Murphys weak allround and safety game getting exposed. As expected. The only way guys like Murphy can beat guys like Selby is to keep winning frames in one visit. The moment they fail do that you know they'll be getting beaten

I mean it's fine if you get caught out on a tough safety, but it's textbook safety shots that Murphy can't even consistently do. The two snookers Andre mentioned, I mean that's schoolboy stuff. It was the exact same shot, both times, and he under-hit it both times.
So annoying to watch.

I'm being a bit naughty here and 'assuming' Selby wins this, then Ronnie beats Fu tonight.
That would leave the Masters draw looking like this: (players seeded 9-16 are usually drawn randomly)
1 Ronnie O'Sullivan v ?
8 Neil Robertson v ?
----------------------------
5 Judd Trump v ?
4 John Higgins v ?
----------------------------
3 Stuart Bingham v ?
6 Ding Junhui v ?
----------------------------
7 Shaun Murphy v ?
2 Mark Selby v ?
Ali Carter
Barry Hawkins
Joe Perry
Kyren Wilson
Liang Wenbo
Marco Fu
Mark Allen
Mark J Williams
