Though to be fair, I don't think such a thing as a 'free world' exists.

perry made a 92 break to take the opener.
Allen could take the 2nd after a 60+ contribution.

Though to be fair Trump's election isn't that surprising taking into consideration the fact that a vast majority of Americans are just like him... racist, sexist, corrupt, ect ect...
Hillary was far from ideal, but of the two, certainly the better one.

Glad SnookerFan is okay, though.
Probably because you're a good guy :)

It's 1-1, Perry could go 2-1 ahead.
Either of these two will get eaten alive if they play like this v Selby.
Mind you, most of us thought the same yesterday and Ding still won.

The Opinion Poll companies have once AGAIN been left looking foolish!
It's the 4th blunder in just over a year. The UK General election 2015 was apparently absolutely certain to be a hung-Parliament...but the Conservatives ended up comfortably winning.
The Scottish Parliament elections earlier this year was tipped as an SNP landslide - and yes, they are the biggest party, but they failed to gain a majority this time.
Then of course, the EU referendum - there were only two outcomes and they picked the wrong one!
And now this! Again, two options and they got it badly wrong.
Way off topic, sorry!

Allen makes a ton of 116 to win 4-2.
Selby v Allen should be a good match, with the winner to face Ronnie in the Semis.

Snookerfan safe
Allen - Selby it is, not seen any matches today but looking forward to this one later. I love the format for this with a quarter final a day.

Allen looked very good, under pressure from a strong Perry start.
Selby a little harder to judge, because Wenbo really didn't put any pressure on him at all. It was a disappointing match.
Potential for a good game tonight.

Interesting stats looking at the Selby v Allen head-to-head.
Mark Allen has won 6 of the last 7 in all competitions.
But, in rankers and invitationals, they've played 5 times and all have gone to 6-5! Is that an omen for tonight?
2009 Masters: Selby 6-5 Allen
2010 Masters: Selby 6-5 Allen
2012 World Open: Selby 5-6 Allen
2014 Shanghai Masters: Selby 5-6 Allen
2016 China Championship: Selby 5-6 Allen

Yeah, that's why I didn't want Selby - Allen, because their matches tend to get close...real close!
