I rate him similar to Gould. Would like if he won a ranker like him too.

Always annoying when a journeyman is suddenly playing out of his skin.

Lionel Messi, Roger Federer ,Ronnie O'Sullivan and Michael van Gerwen are all in the same bracket. They all make their respective sports look so easy and good to watch. They are magicians.

Ah this green !!! What a shame.
It was a super break until then
two crucial greens he's missed already.

Their match was a long one. They had to end their match early because it was only half an hour before the evening session started,

Was just going to say that. Where was this level of play from Maflin previously this season?
Expect him to go back to being a journeyman for the remainder of the season after his once in a lifetime performance against Ronnie.

I think they're waiting to finish their game - but with Judd trump having won - there should now be a table available.

Maflins performance is similar to Gilberts in the first round of the WC. Ronnie just managed it to get over the line back then. Ive never seen Gilbert playing anything like that again and he probably never will.

I don't like Messi.
This boy is a superhuman but i don' like his style. He haven't class and charisma.
Zidane and Redondo were beautiful to see play.
Today , my favourite player is Iniseta. Best player of decade. Completely underrated. ( like Redondo )

I can't remember who it was that said it, but they said that ROS & Hendry's greatest strength was also their greatest weakness:
Both like to go into the pack as early as possible and open them up. It's brilliant when it works, but if they miss, theyre almost always leaving a frame winning chance for their opponent.
