Wouldn't have guessed that at the start of the week.
About time we started giving Bingham the respect he deserves?
No offense to Stuart, but considering the other three top 4 seeds are Selby, Robbo and Smurph, he wouldn't be the first pick.
You don't get to the semis because of what the fans pick. Selby, Robbo and Smurph all lost.

I'm not saying it's not deserved, more an observation that the most likely semi finalist of the four has progressed (assuming he does).

I agree, they all lost because they don't want to face the greatest player there has ever been and the greatest there will ever be. Amen.

And all over. No one I really like left in the tournament now.
Basically everyone who played well first round went out. If the pattern repeats we'll have a Hawkins v Bingham final.

Maybe Higgins purple patch was short lived, that or he can just perform at tournaments which aren't Triple Crown events.
Didn«t expect such a poor Higgins after he beat Wenbo (MJW
), but there you go.
Hope Ronnie beats him and avenges that WC loss, Ronnie even said in that interview Rob Walker did with him tnat he owned Bingo one.

I hope he takes Bingham's cue off him and shafts him up the bottom with it.

All the semi-finalists are from England. Only the second time this has happened at the Masters - the previous time was in 1988 (Steve Davis, John Parrott, Joe Johnson, Mike Hallett).
