Pathetic effort from Allen. No fight at all.

He fought, but wasn't good enough. This is the bitter truth.
It's all over now...

For all the talk on here earlier in the week of Allen underachieving, the fact that he loses big matches is probably why.
His last three non-PTC finals, he got hammered by Bingo playing marmite, Walden, who admittedly played very well, and now by Robbo. Plus early in his career he lost something like his first seven or eight semis.

This must make Robbo feel good.
Especially after the absolute thrashing and Snooker lesson a certain Shaun Murphy gave him.

Unexpected miss from Robbo and here's a chance for Allen, although some tricky reds.

Allen's relying on clothing fouls now to get chances...

A good clearance from Allen. He survives to the MSI at least.

Good start from Allen on the next frame and a slim hope for something else.

So Allen gets out of the mini session 2-2. They've been exchanging frames equally since 4-1. Allen has to do more than that now.

At 8-3 up GJ was making posts every minute, now suddenly gone quiet
Anyway, as long as Robbo is 2 frames away until Allen reaches his 7, there's always some hope.

And the 10-8 for Allen prediction is still alive.

Another great long red but missed black off the spot straight after from Allen. Pack still needs more splitting though so not sure chance for Robbo.

Even if Allen doesn't win, hope this Final has the same amount of frames played as the last one or the year before.

Both players have made some good pots this frame but haven't been able to follow up.

That's you then, I'm a die hard fan, I enjoy it with or without him.
Haven't a clue, some little research I'm sure you can find that out.

Will probably be after the UK as some players won't know they've qualified for certain until afterwards.

Frame will come down to the green. Both players will need to win.
That red in the middle of top cushion is quite tricky as well.
