Thor Chuan Leong has also taken a 3-1 lead over Ding.
I have an eye on this player as I have heard a lot of good things for his talent.

Just saw that Ryan Causton is 2-1 ahead of David Gilbert.
If he reaches last 16, he must be the first amateur player to do so on a PTC, I think?

Wouldn't be surprised, he was really impressive against Ryan Day earlier.

Looks like he is a European Tour specialist, he's won all his matches there. Would be good to see him make the Grand Finals, needs to beat Kyren Wilson to do that.

It's happened a few times. Swail reached a final as an amateur, and Ju Reti won an Asian PTC.

Causton defeats Gilbert 4-1. Good stuff.
The final 2 frames to come back from 3-2 down against Day were classy.

I'd say he's the 'man to watch' tomorrow, but in the first-to-4 format, anything could happen!

Zhou Yuelong is potentially the best player to come out of china since Ding Junhui hes already inside the worlds top 64 having played only 13 Main ranking events to get there between 2014 Wuxi Classic and 2015 International Championship.

Martin Gould also through now. He, like Kyren Wilson, is on very good form at present.
As the day unfolds, there could be a bit of a 'scramble' to book Grand Prix places! Stephen Maguire is currently occupying 32nd position, so he's in for an uncomfortable afternoon!
The excellent run of amateur player, Ryan Causton, is brought to and end! He's beaten 4-0 by Ben Woollaston...

Kyren Wilson has managed to stay on high level after his unexpected Shanghai triumph and I bet that he will reach the top 16 for an automatic presence in The Crucible.

Slowly but suerly Maguire is booking his place in Llandudno....his biggest threat is McLeod who needs to reach the semi finals to push maguire out

If Mcleod reaches the semi finals here and pushes Maguire out of the World Grand Prix that will help Wilson no end with his top 16 chances

When I watched Mags against Stevens in the last 128, he looked terrible. When you see him on Youtube from years gone by compared to now, he just looks like he's fallen out of love with the game these days. A shame really.

What's the name of that referee who is about 12 tall? The guy with the beard.

Milosz something, I think. I keep hearing the ES commentators saying his first name, can't remember his last.
