He's not particularly special. He has better bottle than a lot of young players, but even that not exceptional.
Not that you have to be special to play good snooker.

What a clearance that was from Ants!
He has the run of the ball on this section, but he plays very good snooker and deserves this 9-7.
Murphy, btw, had an early chance on frame 17 to make it 9-8.

And in what seems like no time at all, Smurph closes to 9-8.
Don't forget last year Ants was 9-5 up on Maguire and only got out 10-9.

What an utter embarrassment this thread is!
With the obvious few exceptions, it's being high-jacked by trolls.
There's no debate or objectivity. Just the usual derogatory comments from posters who have just re-surfaced for this tournament.
