Maybe Vallomas was right, this was the first match of the pulled off ones to start, and it may well be the last to finish.
Won't be the last.
Wells just wins the match 6-4.

He also fluked match ball final black against Ronnie China Open 2012. Ronnie just laughed, he attempted a double to middle, not a treble like it proved to be.

Let's see if Murphy can lose to two Chinese teenagers in one month.

He has lost to two in his career, at the CoC and against Lu Ning China Open match 3 years ago.
Doubt he'll lose a third time, this is a Best of 11, not Best of 7 sprint.

And you won't miss any snooker today!
Rest day today. It's almost like the past few days have been a qualifying round - but held at the same venue!
It starts 'properly' tomorrow with the last-64 and TV coverage! There are still 12 different nationalities involved.

It always amuses me how many nationalities play for the UK Championship.
It should be called the UK Open, really.

How many people will be watching Eurosport tomorrow, just to see if Ronnie mentions when he'll play again?

I hope that McGill vs Brecel will be the second of the televised matches (as Robbo vs Mehta is a strong candidate to be the first) on Sunday evening.

I also took the next week off and the UK Championship was the main reason.

OMG!!,i,ve just seen the scores and watched the decider between Stephen and Jimmy.
About 2 hrs before i was gonna get comfy to watch the match,i suddenly got a surprise visit from one of my best freinds who moved to Austria 2 years ago,it was great to see him again, but on the other hand i would of have liked to have seen this match live,i,ll catch up on it in the next few days though.
What a fluke from Maguire in the decider, although,Jimmy really should of made more than 22 when he was in.
