Well, I'm off out for a short while but looks like Lu Ning has it wrapped up, leading 8-4 and 63 up with 51 on

Final
Lu Ning (China) 9 - 4 Zhou Yuelong (China)
Congratulations to 2013 IBSF Under 21 World Champion
Lu Ning Well done too to runner-up Zhou Yuelong, at age 15 he might have a few more shots at this - but there again, he might be into the Pro ranks sooner rather than later.

Just hoping for more flexibility from World Snooker so that players winning tournaments like this don't have to wait for months (almost a year in this instance) before joining the Pro Tour. Lu Ning certainly looks ready.
Ideally I'd like to see them allowed to choose there own start point at any time between winning a Championship and the same Championship the following year, with a two year card given from the point they start, and their ranking at the two year point deciding whether they stay on the Tour or not. Can't be too difficult to do that surely ...
