Quite a few people have asked about streaming but have been met with a brick wall from World Snooker so I'd say it's unlikely unfortunately.

I just hope that there will be a dedicated ref at each table from round 1. That's the minimum the guys deserve. They're playing for a career.

christ yes and if theres no ref at each match chance of having live scoring operational is zero.

So Q School is underway with a Total of 115 Players starting out over 3 Events for only 12 spots on the 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 World Snooker Main Tour meaning 103 players will be disapointed and having to wait 12 months for another crack at their dream.

Jamie O'Neill won the First frame of 2012 Q School as he leads Jeff Cyndy 1-0.

Robbie Williams took the opener off Former Top 16 Player David Gray.

Looks like Adrian Ridley's good form from the Oceania Championship might be still with him, so maybe another possible winning player in the first section, be interesting to see how he does against the best of the British amateurs.

That's it now, Ross wins 4-0. Liam Monk pulls one back, looked like a century but livescoring didn't show end of break.

Don't think the two Irish guys did themselves any favours playing the Irish Championship at the weekend (although I suppose if they'd won their matches it might be different - Boileau went down 0-4 to Rodney Goggins and Devaney lost 1-4 to Robert Murphy). Not that Sheehan (who wasn't playing at the weekend) did any better ...

Gaz is currently 2-0 up. I'm off down myself after work to watch Ben's first match.

I thought it's being played in the cubicles behind closed doors?
