Of the british q school, spot 7 looks most likely to provide a debutant...or at least a youngish returnee.
Jamie Wilson now out.
Liam Davies 3-0 down.
Dean Young 3-2 up on Ochoiski.

Spot 8 has opened up with O'Neill, Patrick and Pinches senior losing this evening.
Pinches couldn't keep up with 43 yr old whippersnapper Wayne Townsend. A baton passed between generations

Hallworth also out.
With one of Mann or Heathcote to go this evening, its been quite a shocker for the fancied players this afternoon/evening

He's got dual nationality. His father Chusak Phetmalaikul owns some Thai restuarants and a language school in Darlington, and is also the owner of the Q House Academy there.

Sydney Wilson seems a lot more table wily and better than he used to be, vs Pinches 4-0 victor Townsend next, possibly the tie of the round.

thats a Q-School shock. Poor Steadman will no longer be able to eat beaten by an amateur. He'll have to camp outside Murphy's house for leftovers.

Steadman holds the record for qualifying the most times via q school. Unable to make it for a 5th year.
He's only 16th on the OOM with scope to fall further so unlikely to be a top up very often.
Might do well on Q Tour though

He Guoqiang levels 2-2 with Cheung Ka Wai wit a break of 134. Great match between two brilliant attacking players. It could decide the tour place.
