Imran Puri gets a first round bye due to Yuan Sijun's success in event 1.
Three winners will go straight from round one to round three from John Welsh/Mark Lloyd, Daniel Walker/ Adam Goff, Ross Muir/Elliot Weston.
All very merit based as usual.

Do we know if any of the players who had to withdraw from QS1 because of travel restrictions have been able to join for QS2 or QS3?

We are off again on event two.
I'm not sure how keen i am on the seeding system especially in terms of the order of merit where those seeded get 4 frames head start in each event.
When you are seeded in all three a 12 frame head start on the oom is quite handy and possibly unfair.
I reckon seeded players should forego the frames for the round they miss for the advantage of playing one less match. Or at least carry forward half points (2) per event.
