Early exits for Julian Leclercq, Michael White and already a pro next season Oliver Brown.

Tony Knowles in a decider with John Astley

Re: Q Tour 2021/2022

Tony Knowles had the highest break of the Match a 68 but Astley won in the end.

Highest break of the tournament is a 142 by Michael Georgiou.

It is worrying for Michael White only 5 years ago he was ranked 15th and 4 years ago he won the Paul Hunter Classic.

He is a bit on the young side to be completely past it surely.

Not great preparation for facing the Rocket this coming week.

Dylan Emery becomes the 2nd already qualified for next season player to lose, with the 3rd Ben Mertens having withdrawn

Si Jiahui to play David Lilley in the final.

Dave Lilley played very well to win 5-1. He was 4-0 up at the interval, with Si only potting 5 balls. His high-break was 99, missing the final red in the first frame. Si got a consolation 84 to win the 5th frame before Lilley's 76 won the match.

Michael White through to the final after beating Mertens 4-0. Si Jiahui 3-0 up on Sean O'Sullivan in the other match.

O'Sullivan has pulled it back to 3-3

Ronnie played without pressure against an amateur in Q-Tour. It should not happen.

Si Jiahui beats White 5-4. Having been 4-0 up, it went to a decider, won by the young Chinese.

Murphy will be fuming.

And before this, she won her 2 qualifiers round without dropping a frame.

Great to see. I wouldn't be surprised if she beats Benzey. She might even be a very slight favourite in that match. It would be a shock if she got further than that though. Here's hoping, anyway.

wins also for the current top 2 in the rankings david lilley and si jiahui, who face each other in the third round. victory for the chinese would be a massive step towards a return to the world tour.

both young belgiums mertens and leclercq also doing well.

She has beaten him as well! Next up young Mertens.

Great to see 5 young players in the quarter-finals, 4 of whom are from overseas. The young Brit being Stephen Lee Jr.

The three more experienced players are also all under 30 I think (could be wrong).

What a win for Mink over Wells, who himself had beaten a couple of good players to get to that stage!

Re: Q Tour 2021/2022

all belgium semi after wins for mertens and leclercq.

all 'not that one' in the other semi, as o'sullivan plays lee.

Re: Q Tour 2021/2022

leclercq wins the battle of the belgiums. now facing sean o'sullivan in the final.

Shame that the Thai lass got pumped 4-0 by the young Belgian Mertens. But he made 3 centuries and another massive break so she was outclassed in fairness.

Final weekend coming up.

Disappointing that Sean O'Sullivan, in pole position to earn a tour card (Si Jiahui having already obtained his), receives no reward for his performances so far on QTour and is obliged to play two qualifying rounds.
