Well said rofl

I dont think he'll get very in this one to be honest, might get knocked out next round.

Not that I bother about it.

As I predicted here, he did go out this round <laugh>

He never had one chance though, only a half one at a difficult plant so he really never got into the frame.

Ford did well to pot them.

Strange how many good balls Ford potted. I watched his first match against Lisowski and he potted some fantastic balls there as well.
That's what happen if you have no pressure whatsoever. I can imagine, that these guys are playing like that all the time in the practice.

It's really all about bringing that kind of performance if it really matters. Into the big tourneys and that's something which only a minority really can.

I really enjoy these shoot out matches the last two days. I don't have the chance to watch the tournament live on TV or stream, as I am in work, but I have spent much time to watch almost all of the matches that have been played on youtube.

It's not ordinary snooker and the tournament doesn't mean much, but you have to admit that this kind of "russian roullette" game, with the clock etc. is fun to watch. The tournament has also given us the opportunity to see some players that we don't see very often on TV (like Baird or Ford).

I support Rod Lawler now that Peter Ebdon is out (what a match his first against G. Wilson!), but I have a feeling that World Senior Champion MJW has a better chance to win this tournament too.

it just shows they arent under pressure at all.

Some players still take this very seriously though. Haven't you seen the massive relief in the face of Jamie Jones after beating Mark Williams. And he admitted that he felt nervy while making the frame winning break.

Michael White was also very relieved after beating Trump yesterday and celebrated it with a fist pump.

There's a lot of money to be won or not won. If I won a frame of snooker that meant I could pay off a chunk of the mortgage I wouldn't be able to hide my relief/delight.
