If Lines makes it bast the L32 at the International Championships I'll eat my hat.
This kind of event isn't representative of the actual field out there. The big names are missing and the matches are too short for skill to play a part.

Exactly. It's pure luck Lines got to the final.
Remember that of the last 10 matches Lines has lost only one (vs. Walden at Euro Tour 3). The nine wins include wins over the likes of MJW, Selby, Lisowski and Day...

I'm glad Bingham won. He's done another epic whitewash.
Now Ali Carter still has the chance to take part in the CoC :) I don't think the winner of the IC will be a player below his rank so I'm certain he'll be in Coventry.
