Those Withdrawals, Ken and Marcus Campbell should be covered by Lucky losers, so the qualifiers who reached the last qualifying round with the highest order merit ranking. And it should be in all the PTC's is just unacceptable to get so many walkovers in the first round with so many people trying to qualify...
