The first time I went to the Crucible in 2002 had no evening play on the second Monday so they had Steve Davis, Dennis Taylor, David Gilbert and Ian McCulloch play an exhibition.

What a snoozefest today and tomorrow will be

It'll be worth it from quarter-finals onwards though.

I think we will still see 3 very one sided quarter finals

This is the problem with 3 session matches that become very one-sided. I'd be hella snake hissed off if I'd tickets for the final session and was instead having to watch a exho with Davis, Taylor or Parrot etc. In fact I'd go drinking instead....

Jimmy not around here is he? He better not because Hendry would beat him again at Crucible.

I bucking hate that day which has the same players play 2:30 and 7 pm <doh> <doh> <doh>

This has been going on for years, and this time it's Ronnie's turn again.

Nothing you can do about that unless they reduce the tournament to best of 11s

Don't give Hearn any ideas.

Well we as fans shouldn't show displeasure at one sided matches at the Worlds or Hearn might use that as a bucking excuse to reduce matches.

its part of the Championship and always has been.

Even if he's not playing well, his long potting gets him out of trouble so many times.

It's when his long potting is off that he's most vulnerable.

Seriously, have you ever thought applying for a job at the BBC?

Do you folks watch what's happening on your screens? This guy is not only long potting, scoring heavily from whatever situation but totally destroys his opponents in the safety department too and creates easy starters in case his long potting is not on. Vulnerable my bottom, it takes a serious a player to beat Trump. #prayfordeejohnwee
