Even if Ben had leveled at 4-4 Higgins would still win this title, the only major diference would be the Final result could have been diferent, say 9-6 for example.

Because MDG would panic and post every time Ronnie didn't pot a ball cleanly or messed up position?

momentum shift i would have felt. at 5-3 ben was gone.

Carlsberg don't make snooker players, but if they did they would have made John Higgins....

John Higgins..... Probably the best snooker player in the world.....

And Higgins wins 9-3. Not been his best this final but maybe winning will inspire him to play better for the season.

Good to see him play well, he was part of the reason I got into snooker.

Put Higgins up to 12th in the rankings, meaning he's seeded to face Hawkins at the Worlds right now.

The way he's been playing, Higgins has half a chance there...
