They heard you. Murphy match on. At least on bet365 stream. Just one overhead camera though.

The BBC coverage starts at 1pm so I assume Ronnie's match will start at around 1.15pm

Most of us would prefer best of nines, or best of 11s. But I don't think bo7s are as much of a lottery as people think.
They're just a bit too short.
I've grown to love them recently. I like that there is no break and I think the top players play slightly more aggressive than they would do in a longer match.

So far, how many upsets were there?

Yeah I couldn't believe it as it unfolded. After he played that magic left-handed deep screw on the final red the camera switches to the crowd and you can see my girlfriend and I grinning like loons. I'm the one in the Bill Hicks T shirt. :)
SF was there as well but I only found out afterwards.

Stevens v Ollie Lines, good match in prospect that, wouldn't be surprised if local boy Stevens were upset here, as he's been in very poor form recently.

you can say that about a lot of players, but yes Stevens is such an underachiever. Should have won at the very least 5 or 6 ranking events.
