I think Ronnie's long potting percentage is the key factor.
It's been snake hiss poor all week but no one has managed to take advantage.

You make a very good point. Ronnie's long potting has been below average throughout the tournament so far.
He will need to improve on this and at least compete with Trump in this department to have a chance of winning easily.

I think he's developed an air of invincibility, especially since winning the title after a year out. A lot of players miss rudimentary shots , and show nerves that they wouldn't against other opponents.

Ronnie's long potting won him the match against Bingham in the decider.

Who do people think that the BBC pundits will want to win?
Virgo and Parrott will want Ronnie to win. Parrott will pull a sulk if he doesn't.
Hazel will want Judd to win so she can make puppy dog eyes at him.
Willie Thorne will want whoever he has money on.
Dennis Taylor probably won't even know who is playing.

Cracking Final
Said almost everything I wanted to say about this one yesterday here so won't repeat myself with it again.
As been said though, think Judd needs a good start more than Ronnie, I make Judd favourite because Ronnie hasnt been at his best and sometimes had to rely on his opponents to miss crucial balls to win the frames he required. Trump won't get him that advantage so easily I think.
Should be a great Final, hopefully Ronnie starts well here like at the CoC.

Since 2006 he had a different winner of the UK every year. That streak will end today.

Masters draw will be done in the MSI of this session BTW. SI twitter feed or PSB would be best to find it out as it happens unless they're showing it live on BBC.

The BBC starts at 12:55, at least they learned something from ITV, should start even earlier though given their endless features

The last time Trump beat Ronnie was at the 2012 Masters. Since when Ronnie beat him at the Welsh Open, the World Championships and recently at the CoC. So since Ronnie's resurrection to form Trump hasn't beaten him. Slight advantage Ronnie I would say.
