Monday 22nd~Thursday 25th at the Metrodome in Barnsley

The International Championship is in it 3rd year and has Produced two Exciting finals with Judd Trump defeating Neil Robertson 10-8 in 2012 and last year Ding Junhui beat Marco Fu 10-9 in a Topsy tervy Encounter that produced 7 Centuries (Ding Junhui 5, Marco Fu 2) Can 2014 produce more of the same?

But before the action moves on to China end of October all 128 players are in Barnsley where Ding Junhui will be starting his defense against compatriot Amateur Wang ZePeng, they have met once before in a APTC in 2012 Ding Junhui winning 4-0.

Also in the Tournament is 5 times World Champion Ronnie O'Sullivan who could be making two trips to China back to back which is unheard of in recent years plus Neil Robertson who won in Wuxi, Judd Trump the Australian Open Champion, Stuart Bingham the Shanghai Master and World Champion Mark Selby.

Who will Reach the last 64 and book their flight to China?

Just a journeyman nowadays.

im really looking forward to Donaldson taking on Williams its pretty much a level playing field these days.

Yeah, just because Williams is finished and is a journeyman nowadays doesn't mean we can't have a good quality match, and as Wild said it's a level playing field for both, so it should in theory be a good match to watch, and I for one expect an upset there.

By reaching the Quarter Final of ET2 in Latvia Sean O'Sullivan has a great foundation to push on in to the Main Tour and now with his form improving i suspect his second spell on the Main Tour will be much better than his 1st if he gets there.

Awful that Ronnie is being made to play in this. Pathetic stuff. He should've had a direct entry into round 2 and not have to play a 'qualifying' match to get to China.

And before anyone jumps in and accuses me of bias, I believe the likes of Robbo, Selby and Ding should also get the same treatment.

Maybe World Champion and Defending Champion but seeing that Ronnie is neither then tough rubbish.

Hearn has shot himself in the foot big time here, in my opinion. <doh>
