buck me? 7-3. Is it worth me looking up a live stream for the end of this? Sounds like it'll be over soon.

8-3 Judd with a second ton as well.
Looks like Robbo will have wait next year for that elusive Aussie Open title...

Shame for Robbo in his home tournament.
But he has to earn the win wherever he plays. No inch given because he used to live near there.

Neil Robertson 4-8 Judd Trump
I Cant watch the rest of the match got family commitments.
Neil can still win but its highly unlikely without a slump from trump

it can happen and if it was 8-4 Robbo it wouldn't be surprising either.
even Hendry during his prime World Championship winning years lost finals 10-4
when great players meet it can be a great match or a rout.

1) I don't think Robbo is in great form at the moment despite winning in Wuxi
2) Trump had a disappointing season and is now extra motivated to finally win a ranker again
3) To stop Judd in a final you have to play your best
4) Robbo is under pressure because he hasn't won his home tournament yet

Good opening red and Robbo takes the frame in one visit.
8-5. Still a mountain to climb.

Trump has a tendency to choke big leads so this one is far from over.

And Robbo makes his first century of the match as well. At least he's putting a bit of a show on for his Aussie fans.

Looked like Judd was going to take the frame but misses the yellow and Robbo still has a small chance...

Neil Robertson 5-9 Judd Trump
Trump wins his fourth ranker, first in almost two years.
Robertson runner up in his home event like last year, where he lost 9-6 to Marco Fu.
Robertson however is the new World Number 1, Trump stays at 6.

And all over, 9-5. Trump deserved to win from what I saw.
Last season we didn't have a British ranking event winner until the Welsh in March. This season we have one in July.

Skullman Fun Fact: There has been a world champion in every Australian Open final and they've lost each time.

Only two years ago Robertson had a 100% success rate in ranking final, now it's down to 63%. But I would argue that this shows he has become a better player in that time. He reached an extraordinary amount of 10 finals since 2012.

Anyway, now we have a month long break from snooker, which is longer than the gap between the end of the Worlds and the start of the first round of Wuxi.

Yea its about reaching finals More you reach the better chance you got of winning them.
Nobody has lost more Ranking Finals than Stephen Hendry (22) with John Higgins (15) second on that list.
that was Neil's 16th Ranking final in 9 seasons
