Maguire has tendencies to have burst of brilliance and goes missing every now and again. thats why hes not won as much as he should.

He goes from being on fire to being pretty dire.

Too be fair to him if you were on fire, you probably wouldn't be playing your A-Game.

Much though I like The Gentleman, I'd love to see Hull pull this off.

I might have given this more consideration if Ronnie was playing.

Looked like Gould had done all the hard work but misses a black off the spot and Mags takes the frame.
4-3 Mags.

Thought we were going to a decider but Gould misses frame ball pink. Mags needs all five remaining reds with blacks to take frame and match.
And the right black pocket is blocked.

"Being on fire to being pretty dire that's Stephen Maguire"
To be fair, he's got the perfectname for rhymes;
If he starts well, he's OFF TO A FLYER MAGUIRE
If he then slows down he's BOGGED DOWN IN THE MIRE MAGUIRE
So far failing to win the Worlds, he's PROVING RONNIE A LIAR MAGUIRE
Too much Scottish cuisine, he'll be SPARE-TYRE MAGUIRE...
I could probably go on, but i'm boring myself now...
