Tom Ford 2-4 Chris Wakelin
Luca Brecel 2-4 Craig Seadman

yea Luca is still very young but he wont get anywhere in the game if he doesent beat the likes of Steadman at this stage of his career.

Wakelin impressed in Q School 2013 and had a good season without being great reaching the Quarter final of the Kay Suzanne Memorial Cup (ET 6) beating Liam Highfield, Mark Davis, Mike Dunn and Michael Holt before losing 4-2 to Judd Trump. This is a great start to the season reaching the venue stage of a overseas Ranking event for the first time.

After years being championed by SnookerFan Lu Ning makes his professional debut today against Jack Lisowski on a Stream table.

it was 2012 when Lu Ning reached the Last 16 of the China Open after beating Jamie Jones 5-3 and Shaun Murphy 5-2 before Ali Carter beatt him 5-1.

Also that season he beat Nigel Bond in the World Open 5-4 before Giving Selby a tough match with Mark winning 5-3.

He played in the Wuxi Classic last season as a wild card and beat Adam Duffy 5-3 before Matthew Stevens beat him 5-1.

In the past hes had good results against professionals so i expect a good 2 years for Lu Ning in his quest to cement his pro status.

Possibly having played in the legends cup with big pockets could hinder Jimmy White in this match

I Can not believe that Jack Lisowski turned down a long brown in favour of a safety then proceded to cockerel up the safety.

then he lost the frame.

you got to play to your strengths even i would fancy the pot he turned down.

Didn't Jimmy broke his leg like a month ago too? I was surprised to see him favorite today anyway.
