Competition's not quite as stiff, but there's roughly 15 to 20 of the Chinese amateurs playing consistently at or near the level of the Pros ranked below the top 64 (mainly those doing well on the Asian Order of Merit, but would add in one or two other players e.g. Wáng Línhàn who kept losing 4-3 in his opening matches this year), which means the top players can only win these Asian Tour events if they're on their game.
