Well yes, Yu Delu has been a very impressive lately. Form like that hardly never vanishish just like that.

AND, Steve still has a great chance to win his match I very much reckon..

Great start to the match from Luca 6-3. He looks to be settling in nicely on the tour now, just steadying himself around rank 60 or so. Maybe next year can kick on to 50 or so.

Would be great to see Brecel make it to Sheffield.

If he beats Yu, who does he face next? Matthew Stevens? That would be a tough match, if so.

Luca would face the winner of Ford v Cahill, and the winner of that would face Stevens.

Anyway, been tremendously quiet today on here. Surprised to see Cope 8-0 up on Astley. Also surprised Borg is up on Campbell. Campbell is very experienced and Borg not shown much this season.

ive been painting so not had much time to watch any of the action but keeping tabs on live scoring

but overall the season been poor winning 18 matches and losing 19 before this week but hopefully his run in Beijing and again this season will kick off his career.

Cope can play to a high standard with only 3 50+ in the session for cope he can play to a higher standard than that. Astley was never going to beat Cope.

Cope has been absolutely dire last few years.

Barely scraped into the top 16 for one year and downhill ever since.

Shame really, lots of talent but just never seems to come good.

I'd heard that he has a hereditary condition that gave him tremors in his cue arm.

Looks like TT has taken 3 in a row tonight to level with Ants 6-6.

Not really a massive shock if he ends up winning but the margin of victory is.

Long battle on the pink between Davis and Steadman won by Davis but he overruns position on black, take it on to the yellow pocket and Steadman regains his four frame cushion.

Looks like TT has all four frames so far this session. 7-6 up on Ants barring snookers.

And Kyren now 9-3 up on Lawler. Could be done before the MSI...

First Steadman misses on 47 with the balls at his mercy, not Davis misses the yellow on 61 when looked good to clear.
