That Hendry would've made 100 centuries if he had the playing opportunities Robbo has this season.
without a doubt Hendry would be over a 1000 centuries and 100 centuries would have been a piece of cake in a season.
The playing opportunities back then weren't that much different to today, yet the most Hendry ever made is 58.

Apart from 1st frame, the quality hasn't been there from both players.
Hope it improves, especially Williams otherwise it's

53 wasn't it? Because Selby had held the record with 54 in 2010/11.

Absolutely Wildey!. there,s more tournaments theeeese daaaaayyys!.
It does,nt surprise me one bit that Murphy lost against Wenbo,ok,Wenbos been off the radar for a good while but Murphy,s form has,nt been anything to scream about lately neither,he tends to chuck in drivvilious performances from time to time.
I knew Dale would,nt get past Selby.

Yeah forgot about that, but overall hasn't been very good. But all players can have an off day of course, in Williams case it has been an off day for the past 3 years.

Don't forget PTCs weren't around back in Hendry's day. Or the CL, where Robbo made 22 of his tons this season.

Who brings a baby to a snooker tournament. It's stopped play on a couple of tables by the looks of it.

You should go back and look at the number of tour events when Hendry was in his heyday....less than 1/2 what's available today. Hendry would've easily done 100+ in a season....would probably be another record on his list with some stupid total like 130ish
Someone with sufficient stats should be able to extrapolate and come up with a fairly accurate ton count for Hendry if he had as many frames to play at his peak. Just take his frames per century average in the 90's, calculate how many frames he could be playing now and you should be fairly close.

When the season finishes, we may look back and I don't think Robbo would have achieved 100 tons if it wasn't for tin pot CL.
He would be on 66 tons now, a fairer reflection.

Williams was in fact,.....
,...."Williams was also a promising Amateur boxer, being undefeated in 12 fights as a schoolboy, but he decided to pursue his snooker career instead".

Williams hero is Muhammad Ali, no joke.
He also used to watch many Bruce Lee movies.
Courtesy of a BBC feature I watched can't remember when but it was about Williams.

LOL
First Ronnie has to beat Xiao, not an easy match, and Ricky is 1 all atm against Hamilton and I'm sure he too won't have it easy to win his match.
