Really opens up that quarter.
MJW, Fu, Dott or Hawkins could make it to the semis. Maybe even Liang.

BBC Wales interviewing Mark Williams. I've had Eurosport on mainly, so not seen that yet.

I feel MJW will get a huge confidence boost from the win, regardless of how it came about.
Wouldn't be surprised to see him move up a gear or two from here and go deep.

MJW really likes feeling people's hair in the studio. Did it with Dom yesterday.

I'd rather Fu win than Dott.

Blimey Willo! Nice one. Now he just has to stop with all the negative thinking and he might actually start winning

I agree. He already played a lot better in this match than he was this season and that win over Robertson will give him a lot of confidence, especially considering some of the clearances he pulled off under pressure.

Well done MJW, super win against the WN1 but he'll have to play better I feel but this surely will give him much needed confidence.
When was the last time Williams beat a WN1?

Sadly will have to leave now.
Good luck Ronnie, hopefully when I come back I won't have a nasty surprise
But win or lose just hope it's a good match.

Probably back before he became WN1 in 2010/1. Don't think he's beaten Selby or Robbo when they've been WN1.

Robbo will be more "sick" after losin this match than when he felt "sick" lettin 3 centuries go a drift in his match against Lyu Haotian in round 1.
Poor from Robbo today,it has to be said.
Credit to Williams though, bar the 2 frames he "nicked" from Robbo,he was pretty sloppy himself,he mainly won thanks to his digging,he dug very deep today and it paid off.

DOn't know why Ronnie didn't take that long pot on. It seemed natural to return to the top cushion.
