Is Liang beating Murphy really that big of a shock?
This BBC guy just spoke of it like it was a major giant killing.

Of course not, it was a big upset when he beat Ronnie at the IC.

He thinks it's a shock because he's probably never heard of Liang Wenbo.

But given his recent form it will be a bit of an upset.

I thought that. Shaun can throw in a stinker sometimes.
It is a slight upset. Liang weren't the favorite. But at the same time, the standard is so high these days. It's not upset of the decade, or anything.

Ton 88 of the season
Would be funny if he ended the season on 99 tons
but he'll get past 100 I'm almost sure.

That Hendry would've made 100 centuries if he had the playing opportunities Robbo has this season.

And wouldn't he? of course we'll never be sure, but with the scoring power he had I bet he would achieve that.

i think that WT is right in this matter for a change
hendry would have smashed the record by now
so had ronnie
neil is a bit overrated, nowadays ding and ronnie are the best in breakbuilding, it doesnt refelct only on the centuries stat, but pos play, cannon play etc are also an important part

without a doubt Hendry would be over a 1000 centuries and 100 centuries would have been a piece of cake in a season.
