High quality stuff from these two. Ding 94% pot success, Perry 93%.

Key frame this. It might even decide who wins the match.

This type of situation at the end of this 6th frame is what separates the best from the rest, usually the lesser player messes up gifting the frame away. Crucial frame for Perry.

Should be Ding's. Hard to see a way back for Perry now.

And Xiao has lost 5-2
Still Day should be provide a vague semblance of a challenge to Ding, I suppose. Been almost five years since he's been at this stage of an event, 2009 China Open being the last.
Just Lawler and Mavis left

And barring snookers from Mavis, Lawler goes 4-3 up.

Looks like Lawler is one frame away from his best result in quite some time.

Who do you reckon has the best chance against Judd? Mavis or Lawler?
I quite fancy Lawler for some reason, would be a real contrast of styles
But having said that the one table setup Lawler isn't used to that, especially such a big crowd here. Mavis is way more used to that..

They're averaging less than half an hour frame. How much faster do you want them to go?

Think if Mavis gets through he'll do much better against Judd than he's done against Rod. Judd'll at least let Mavis get some rhythm...
