So, Everton isn't namedropping people who he's played golf with, then.
"I've met Judd's dad, y'know....." Well done Taylor, good for you.

Mark nowhere as good as he was on Sunday, but never really troubled by Shaun. On to face Mags or Higgins next.
Neither of them in brilliant form, but maybe Mags has had more time to work on his game since he didn't go to Antwerp.

Selby is Davis with better breakbuilding.

I don't think this result was ever in doubt. Selby is a top 4 player, Murphy I'm not sure if he's even a top 16 player at the moment.

Murphy is definately still a deserving top 16 player, but at the moment things really aren't going his way, but as Clive said I think he'll rediscover some of his form and get back to good results. Mind you, his good results are often reaching the semis of events and then losing, which isn't a bad thing but he lacks trophies that's for sure.

Yeah fully agree with him
its a tad ironic how much Stick Selby gets from bonafied Steve Davis fans
I think it's ironic you like Selby and dislike Davis. Obviously that might have somthing to do with the rivalry between Steve and Stephen

Selby will be overtaking Davis in centuries very soon but the game was so different in the 80s

At his best, he's top 8 easily, possibly top 4 because he reaches so many semis.

Mark Selby has a superior Head To Head over John Higgins.
I'm surprised by that, though I'm not quite sure why. Mark Selby is one of the best, of course. I just thought because John Higgins was John Higgins, he'd be leading.

There was a spell in 2007/08 Mark Selby constantly beat Higgins. But after that Higgins defeated him in some very important matches.

I disagree. That would mean Stephen Hendry is a rubbish player.

Well it's only 5-4 Selby ignoring any League rubbish, and three of the matches John has won were at the Crucible, so it's less one sided.
