But if he goes all out attack TR there's much more of a chance he'll get beat against the likes of Higgins, Selby, Robbo.
I think he does well to change his game plan a bit against his opponents, his results have proven that in recent times especially at the Worlds.
What he should try to avoid is to engage in long safety duels, and against Selby that's as good as garanteed the frame will be lost, but sometimes it's just the way the balls go and nothing he can do about it.
As I said, he does have a mental block against Selby, and only a great win in a Masters Final like this may overcome that a bit.

Even the referee, Paul Collier, had a say:
"I never comment on a match I was involved with as I think its unprofessional - but just this once, wow......!"

Anyway. I think, we are too hasty here
. Selby atm is surely not in form to just blow Murphy away. Murphy could beat him in best of 11, and Ron has to overcome Robertson/Maguire. Form of the day can change anytime.

Paul Collier probably has leaded the best Ronnie O'Sullivan matches. Obviously at the Premier league and also at lot of matches around 04-07, including World Final 04 and Masters final 05. So it makes it even more special to hear these words from him.

I was in the pub for this match. I thought I'd have one more pint, and watch a frame or two.
He was going through frames quicker than I was going through beer.

I doubt he was going through frames quicker than you were going through pies.
