The match of the round no doubt, and this is actually the 4th consecutive time they meet at this event, Robbo winning 3 encounters. Always great matches when these 2 play, I don't have a personal favourite, although I can't deny I'd be slightly happier if Allen won as he is due a good run in these big tournaments. Robbo of course will be super confident after his UK win.
Should be an absolute cracker.

Hope it's not a bit of damp squib like this afternoon's match was.

Robertson is favourite but Allen is a tough competitor who will be inspired to have the chance to beat the World No.1 and UK Champ.

I saw this match at the Masters in 2012. I see so many live matches, I'm beginning to repeat combinations.

The two most obnoxious players on the circuit do battle. You can bet there will be fist-pumping galore and the usual gamesmanship from Robbo.
Don't care who wins. In fact (as GJ said yesterday about Ding and Murphy) it's a shame one of them has to win.

Thought the same, though it's still too early and he can spark at any time.
And Skull Allen had a ton in the first frame remember, ok since then both haven't played their best but it's not dire stuff by any means.
This frame is more important for Allen than it is for Robbo in my opinion, because if Allen is to win this match it could be important, whereas with Robbo we all know he can easily comeback from 3-1 down.
