And he does it at last
Doesn't like to do things easily, does he? Ronnie fans never have this problem.

We have sometimes, though yeah he more often wins them confortably.
Nevermind though, Selby is through but will have to improve his performance especially after what he did after the MSI, because before that when he led 4 nil he played well up until then.

One ball doesn't tell the whole story, it wasn't to be I'm afraid, even more so after he cameback from 5-2 down.

It was never in doubt that Selby would win the decider though was it... and that's what... 10 out of 10...? Simply amazing record.

Well let's hope Bingo v Higgins is as dramatic, although the best bits shouldn't be at 8:30-10:00 while I'm watching Sherlock

If Selby could go back to being 5-1 up in the UK final against Robbo and go 6-2 or 7-1 instead of 5-3 he'd have won that match 6-0

Won't last forever. Remember when Robbo had never lost a final?

I know Skull, what I'm saying is that record is just outstanding especially in a tournament like the Masters. He deserves every credit for that.

Mark Davis , Man was he unfortunate.
Selby thought he was gonna lose
And still kept his sense of humour
And had a crack with Mark and the crowd.
Best match I have watched this season.
Top snooker and just goes to show that
There is still a bit of time for a laugh and
Smile.
Selby is a charchter who I have grown
To like.
I like charchters in life
They are always more interesting.
Mark was gutted, He is tough player
This match should toughen him up
He is a class act apart from the odd quick pot
Where he forgets about the other two options
Where he could have left the white ball for further
Break buildi g opportunity.
Hence pink in frame 9 or 10
Seen it in other matches too
Shot selection , Just needs to think
About his options.
Refer to two misses on ill thought out
Two cushion escape in final frame decider.
He was near the fhe one cushion escape
First attempt.
Obviously gets the wobbles in these
Tense situations.
Not a criticism just evident.
That is where Selby got off the hook, A further
Eight points he should never have had.
Still more experience for Davis to draw
From in a future match.

In The Masters programme, it gives you a Fascinating Fact for each player in the tournament.
Here is Mark Selby's.
Mark and his wife Vikki have a swimming pool at home, but he can't swim.

I am.
But when I'm rich enough to own a swimming pool, then it'll be different.

Selby is mentally tough. He won, that's the main thing. He's back out on Thursday. He'll get better.
