Not surprising his form, and Carter's battle with illness.
Good to see Ali Carter back though, and in better health.

So much for Trump dominating, the dumpling can,t even get past the 1st round of a tin-pot event!.
In all fairness though,Holt played very good,Trump was,to put it poiltely = utter crap by his standards, his safety was anything but safe!.

Just shows you how form can vary. The period of time between Trump's China Open win, and his UK Championship win he looked different class. He looked like he could dominate the sport for years to come. Since the start of this season, he's looked mediocre.
Even the best players in the world struggle with form sometimes.

He also looked mediocre in the world championships, despite getting to the semi-final where he was thrashed by O'Sullivan.

terrible choices for TV matches.
Dotty gets so disrespected its laughable. Christ sake he is a former world champ......and Maguire & Bingham gets preference. I'd be raging if I was Dotty.

It's the same old, same old. Mags is getting on because he's playing one of the China players. The matches that are deserving don't get a look in.
