I think it was Bristol and it was probably a member of World Snooker staff not realising they were using the work Twitter account on their mobile.

Delighted for Ding! You could tell he wanted this one badly, the only thing he is lacking is consistency. If he gets it he will have a decent run at number 1 in the World.
