Well, most will know me already. I'm Belgian, female, native French speaker, a mathematician, mother of 3, passionate about snooker, a Ronnie fan (and mod on his forum) ...
This site looks great and fun. I'm chuffed 2 people managed to welcome me even before I posted a single word, not to mention Moondan who convinced me to register. Thanks guys!

Oh here we go... he speaks Welsh too apparently (unless he's using some sort of translation software).
In future I am interested in opening up this site to different languages so if you feel having a French or German section would work for starters then say so!

I hope the other Belgian Ravas joins too. His posts were always interesting although since he considers Snooker an inferior game he probably wouldn't.

Cheers for the welcome, looking forward to posting on the forum. I think Kris and I have been on every snooker forum going at some point. WWWSnooker kind of died out when TheGreenBaize came along and the last time I visited it was full of viagra ads!

It was around in 2003 and run by a bloke called Francis. He's married to Sue Thompson the pool player, and there were quite a few pool players on the site - Lynette Horsburgh was the highest profile one that I can remember. In the end the site got shut down because he had work commitments and got hit with a libel writ...
BTW, interesting Ray Reardon interview in the blog section. Good to see you've got Suzy posting her match reviews too!

Cheers mate. It's early days yet, I'm disappointed at the lack of new members during the biggest event but these things take time and there's plenty more to come.
